This means that even if your requested service costs less, the minimum charge will apply. This policy enables us to maintain the high standard of service that has made us the top choice in our community.

At Steamboat Handyman, we value your time and trust. Our flat rate system is designed with your convenience in mind, accounting for minor unexpected challenges that might arise during the job. We aim to be as accurate as possible in our initial estimates. However, please note that if a project requires significantly more time than anticipated, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly. This ensures fairness and transparency in our pricing, reflecting the actual work done. For full transparency, we promise to communicate any road bumps as they occur, work together to come up with a game plan for the best outcome in terms of final product and final rate. We won’t move forward with the project without your approval of any changes.
